flaconi is one of the largest online pure player for beauty products in Germany. The online shop’s extensive portfolio consists of more than 850 international brands and 55.000 products in the categories perfume, skin care, make-up, hair care, natural cosmetics and accessories. The online shop covers, from drugstore over organic cosmetics to premium, all product segments. flaconi was founded in 2011 and today already employs over 500 people at three locations, at its headquarters in Berlin-Charlottenburg and its logistics centre, as well as the flaconi Concept Store in Berlin Mitte. The German online shop has won numerous awards and is also represented in Austria and Poland.
Aufgaben
  • You will support the International Strategy & New Markets team with strategic decision making in relation to flaconi's market expansion by performing analyses, conducting market research and calculating business cases
  • You will contribute to the launch of a new market and assume responsibility for core project management activities You will drive project streams independently and align with stakeholders from across different departments, ranging from marketing and product to engineering and finance
  • You will create presentations on behalf of the team, the executive board or other departments, presenting insights drawn from analyses, calculations or research in a suitable manner given a specific target audience
  • You will be part of a newly formed team which is responsible for one of flaconi's key strategic projects
  • You will have the opportunity to bring original ideas to the team and put them into action
  • You will learn from experienced colleagues who have a proven track record in consulting and e-commerce
  • You will work closely with all business-critical departments and get to know the organisational setup and core competencies of a fast growing digital beauty retailer

Profil
  • Master's program or completed Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Proven practical experience in strategic management, consulting, e-commerce, digital ventures or a related industry
  • General understanding of commercial and marketing KPIs, e-commerce and digital business knowledge are a plus
  • Confident use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with G-Suite is a plus
  • Excellent English and German skills
  • Analytical, solution-oriented and ability to think critically
  • Able to comprehend new and complex information
  • Proactive, engaged and a target-oriented communicator
  • Independent and structured way of working, as well as a strong team player
  • Motivation to thrive within a transparent and constructive feedback culture
