The University Hospital Bonn (UKB) is a maximum care hospital with more than 1,300 beds. There is now one full-time position (38,5 h/week) available at our Center for Skin Diseases at the University Hospital of Bonn:

Bioinformatician (m/f/d)

The position is limited to 5 years due the project.


Aufgaben
  • Development of diagnostic algorithms in the field of allergology
  • Bioinformatic processing of endotype variables in chronic skin diseases
  • Evaluation of therapy response/biomarkers in patients receiving local and systemic therapy
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments in a multi-professional team
  • Participation in scientific projects

Profil
  • University degree in bioinformatics, biology or related field
  • Interest in scientific work and advanced knowledge of bioinformatics processing
  • Enjoyment of student teaching
  • An independent way of working based on current guidelines and concepts
  • Resilience, flexibility and willingness to participate in departmental services
  • Enjoy the further training of your colleagues, including interprofessional and interdisciplinary
