As Account Manager - Last Mile Logistics (m/f/d) you will join the team responsible for supporting our Delivery Service Partners.

Aufgaben
  • Manage relationships with logistics service providers at the site
  • Acting as an interface between Amazon sites and the logistics service providers
  • Coordinate logistics service provider manpower
  • Develop action plans and sustainable solutions to ensure capacity, quality and performance
  • Performing analyses and implementing projects
  • Participate in the set-up of new sites with regard to the preparation of new logistics service providers
  • Identification, qualification and onboarding of new service providers

Profil
  • Experience in account management or related service performance.
  • Work experience in relevant areas (Ideally in the logistics industry)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • Confident and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, One Note).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in a start-up environement
  • Bachelor degree (or equivalent)
